Sam is responsible for providing support to both existing and prospective clients. In this role, he oversees all investor communication, responds to ongoing questions, and assists clients in accessing the TFS funds through various brokerage platforms. |

Dr. Chao Chen Portfolio Manager B.S. in Electrical Engineering, University of Virginia M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of California, Berkeley
Chao is responsible for the quantitative analysis of new investment opportunities. In this role, he manages strategy prioritization, risk management, and risk / return optimization. Chao contributes mathematical and analytical expertise in statistics, optimization, and various modeling techniques. |

Kevin’s primary role is to identify and research new strategies for analysis. In this role he gathers and evaluates the qualitative research on potential strategies, identifies potential data sources, and performs preliminary quantitative analysis. |

Rich performs research for strategy development and is also responsible for overseeing trading and execution for TFS. In this role he manages all brokerage relationships and seeks opportunities for improved execution including evaluating new trading technologies and platforms. |

Eric contributes extensively to the quantitative analysis of new and existing trading strategies. In addition, he oversees model implementation and oversees the investment allocation of each of the funds. Eric also manages the firm’s information technology needs. |

Larry is responsible for developing the operational infrastructure to support the investment products managed by TFS. He serves as Chief Compliance Officer and is therefore accountable for maintaining the firm�s compliance with federal securities regulations. Larry also serves as a Portfolio Manager to the mutual funds managed by TFS Capital LLC. |

Greg manages the back office operational functions for TFS. Specifically, he performs all financial accounting for the firm and oversees the fund accounting and administrative work that is completed through multiple external service providers. |
